Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and will then receive a Store Credit as refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of returns.

What Items can I return?
Returns must be in new condition with the original tags, labels, and hygienic stickers still attached. They must be unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations. Final Sale items (discounted 25% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item that shows signs of wear, such as stains or odor, will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

How to return an item

In case you checked out as a guest and want to return any item(s), please create an account with the email address used for your guest order. You will then find your Returns Form as described above. 

We do not cover the costs of return shippings and recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If your package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to offer a refund. 

Damaged or faulty items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at help@lioalingerie.com and we will instruct you on how to proceed.

About our store credit refunds
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of a gift card as a refund. The gift card has no expiration date and can be transferred to another person.

Klarna Payments
In case you checked out with the Klarna invoice payment option, please note that you have to cover the full amount via Klarna invoice. You will receive a store credit as a refund as described above.

Non-deliverable or refused parcels
Any parcels that could not be delivered because the given delivery address was incorrect or because it was not picked up at the post office for any reason and is returned to our warehouse will be treated as a regular return and you'll be issued a store credit to place a new order.

Please note, if you refuse an international shipment from Lioa Lingerie for any reason (incl. customs duties / taxes) you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as additional costs of returning your order parcel to Lioa Lingerie. This amount will be deducted from your store credit once the shipment has been received back and is processed as a regular return.
