Lioa is a lingerie and swimwear brand that focuses on bralettes. It was founded by Michèle Krüsi in 2019, after years of searching for a lingerie brand that offers unique, fashionable designs, figure-flattering shapes, and a comfortable fit without any wires digging in. Our lingerie is designed to boost your confidence from the first layer of clothing you put on every morning. Want to know more about us?
Long story short...
Our founder Michèle is a true lover of all things beautiful and aesthetic. But when it came to underwear shopping, she just couldn't find anything that ticked all the boxes - style, uniqueness, AND comfort. It was like trying to find a needle in a haystack, ya know?
Sometimes she'd feel like a straight-up goddess in her undies, but that feeling wouldn't last long. The wires would dig in and leave some not-so-cute marks. Other times, she'd go for her comfy cotton undies, but they just didn't give her that same goddess vibe. Ugh, the struggle was real!
But Michèle refused to settle for less. She quit her job, went into full-on hustle mode, and after 18 months of hard work and many, MANY sleepless nights, Lioa Lingerie was born!
Our mission is simple but oh-so-important: to find the perfect balance between style and comfort. Because let's be real, you shouldn't have to choose between feeling fabulous and feeling comfortable. Whatever you do, you deserve to feel joyfully confident in who you are. And that's exactly what our bralettes are made for, baby!

Yes, we create beautiful lingerie that makes you look at your reflection in the mirror and feel like the goddess you are. However, we also want you to feel like that same hot goddess even when you're busy with your everyday life. So, we've removed all unnecessary paddings and uncomfortable wires that could dig into your skin. Because we just don't want you to compromise between style and comfort anymore. Instead, we want you to spread your goddess vibes wherever you go and feel confident and comfortable at the same time.

We want you to feel all the love for yourself and that smokin' hot bod of yours! And we're not just saying that to get you to buy our stuff (although we do make some pretty awesome products, if we do say so ourselves!). Our ethical production
We think it‘s cool to care about who makes your garments. So, every piece of lingerie and swimwear is ethically hand-made under fair working conditions in a small manufactory in Portugal that is specialized solely in the making of lingerie and swimwear.
